As a developer you play a vital role in our agile and transparent teams alongside business analysts and testers. You will participate in customer projects as well as internal product development projects. As a team-member you are expected to take on shared responsibility for project success, and work proactively to contribute to progress and improvements.

We believe that you are passionate about software development driven by business requirements and business understanding. Quality is important to you and you enjoy test-driven development and pair-programming within small, transparent and high performing teams.

You should have a degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or something similar.
Experience from working with transaction-based systems, especially from the financial industry is considered an additional qualification.
Excellent communication skills in the English language - in speech and writing - are required.
Excellent skill in Java development is necessary.
