We are looking for a Graphic Designer
The position of Graphic Designer at Workplace Experience is a hands-on creative role where developing creative ideas, creating content and managing the communications schedule for the Workplace Experience team will be your focus. Versatile digital graphic designer capability is key to supporting the team in executing its communication and content strategy and needs, through delivery of first class digital graphic design services.
The studio day to day workload is fast-paced and varied, requiring the ability to execute across a range of disciplines from digital, social to print and motion. Advanced use of Adobe Creative Suite should come as standard, plus a good all-around knowledge of other design applications/technologies which could include (but not limited to):
* Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
* Motion digital (After Effects, Final Cut, Unreal Engine)
* 3Ds Max
* PowerPoint/ Standard Microsoft office applications

The ideal candidate should have a dynamic, thorough and enquiring approach to work, with the ability to work across multiple projects, with timelines ranging from the immediate to longer term. You will have a great portfolio of work with a keen interest in design trends and applications. We are looking for an experienced creative professional, with extensive experience of creating creative and impactful designs for a range of audiences.

What You Will Do
Use your creative flair and skills to deliver against a wide range of design and digital briefs.
Develop a wide range of materials including: posters, HTML emails, marketing emails, digital brochures, digital assets, exhibition graphics, digital campaign assets, web design elements, assets to support our office concept and communication strategy. Lead the process of creating communication material.
Create effective and beautiful communication to internal audiences, in a variety of media, including, but not limited to print, digital, video, film and photography.
Ensure the right content reaches the right audience in both in – and outbound digital channels.
Work in close collaboration with the Employer Branding, Marketing and Communications department
What You Will Bring
The ability to work effectively under deadline and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Impeccable organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet and use your initiative. Relevant education in marketing / communication as well as 3 years of experience within Graphic Design. You should carry previous budget responsibility along with business understanding and ability to transform strategic goals into tactical activities.
Lead brainstorming, concept development, collaboration, and present innovative and exciting creative ideas.
Creative evolution – stay up to date with branding and advertising in various mediums.
Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing is mandatory.
