You’ll work with delivering a world class order management system to our customers - acting as a solution architect and a developer to enable the roadmap for Order Management product. About the role

Welcome to join the Order Management Product team. We provide a world class Order Management System enabling accurate fulfilment process including synchronized information with systems involved in fulfilment processes (accounting, logistics, etc.).

We create Customer value by providing a friction less on-line order delivery and return processes to Customers. You’ll together with the product team be responsible for the design and architecture of the product to support H&M’s objectives and strategy, on both short and long term.

Responsibilities

Being the Hybris Hero means that you lead the way for our developers. We may not give you the ability to fly as a usual superhero does, but the opportunity to take ownership of the architectural design for our product and come with your improvements to (almost) make it fly.

You will drive changes and improvements in the IT landscape through tight teamwork with product development team, product owner and stakeholders. You will also work closely with other architects and technical leaders to produce cross product solution designs that are often complex and span the entire company.

As our Hybris Hero, your involvement might sometimes save the day for our developers. You’ll be helping the team with reviews of system designs proposals, assist them in development as well as in any troubleshooting of issues. Now that is our definition of a hero.

We believe that you have

  • A broad technical understanding with developer background.
  • Experience in leading and coaching developers in the implementation of projects as well with troubleshooting issues with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to understand business needs and technical aspects to work with various stakeholders from all levels in the organization.
  • Strong interest in understanding the business and its drivers, not only technical aspects.
  • Organized mindset and able to work in an unstructured environment.

Technical background

  • Experience of SAP Hybris (5+ years) – It’s beneficial if you have experience of Order Management and API- & file-based integrations
  • Experience of Java and JBOSS
  • Experience of cloud development (preferably Azure)
  • Experience of Agile WoW and development

This makes you even more interesting

  • Experience with Order management tools and systems (Salesforce, Commercial tools, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP or BI
  • Experience with the retail industry
