Junior Project Manager

WDN Solutions AB (WDN) is a software product company with the vision of simplifying how affiliates work with and manage their affiliate sites today and in the future. We are a technology driven company with full stack development capability and have released our in-house developed CMS during 2020. We’re a tight team of seven founders where we split our responsibilities between product and business development.

WDN is looking for a student worker with the ability to spend a minimum of 20 hours a week helping us grow our business. This is not a sales job. We're more on the lookout for someone with great attention to detail and a doer mentality to help us free up our own time and busy schedule. The job would mainly consist of tasks of the following nature

1. Order and publish content on our custom built CMS
2. Manage freelancers and copywriters
3. Help with data entry of various projects
4. Helping to gather data to create simple financial reports
5. Helping us to publish regularly in social media
6. Simple / design projects
7. Outreach to collaborators

We think it would be beneficial if you have previous experience working with other CMS like Wordpress and good knowledge of the Google Suite, SEO, and basic understanding of programming. If you have experience of working with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop that could also be a great advantage for this position. In the end we also care a lot about your personality and personal goals since this position should be seen as getting a foot in the door to a growing company.
