Product Designer

Estabild is an early-stage tech company based in Stockholm aiming to disrupt the construction industry by empowering stakeholders such as real estate developers, investors and owners to take control of their capital investments.

Our versatile digital platform enables stakeholders to monitor and forecast the progress of their construction portfolio projects in real time and helps them reduce the risk of undesired outcomes such as cost overruns and schedule delays. We aim to create a more transparent construction process by easing communication and visibility during project development.

Product Designer will play a key role in the company by leading the design process across the entire product lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with other stakeholders to contribute to the overall product strategy, ensure that we deliver the best possible user experience to our clients and maintain a high bar of product quality.

What you’ll do:

• Be responsible for product design of the full user journey in the product.
• Work through design problems from beginning to end: translate insights into ideas that form new product features, design the workflows and detailed interactions to realize them.
• Be involved in the entire product development process, from problem solving through to detailed interaction flows, UX and visual design, up till product maintenance and support.
• Work cross-functionally to define both the long-term strategy and the short-term tactics for the product.
• Define product scope and feature requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to reach high-quality implementation.
• Validate your solutions with users, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Measure the success of your decisions with the team and iterate when needed.
• Build and shape the product's visual language and overall brand.

What you’ll need:

• Experience designing digital products and systems. You have helped ship products.
• A strong commitment to objectives on how design can impact product growth by using data and user insight to create business impact.
• A strong sense for solving problems and generating ideas around sophisticated interactions.
• Ability to think through complex interaction design and systems, rather than feature by feature.
• The ability to create beautiful high-fidelity interfaces using Figma or other design tools.
• The ability to create interactive prototypes.
• Clean visual design sense.
• Working knowledge of front-end web development.
• The ability to take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed member.
• Good communicator of design work and your rationale behind ideas.
• Self-starter who can deeply collaborate with others.
