Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will work on cross-functional projects, collaborating closely with other designers, as well as with developers, product managers, and data scientists. To succeed in the role, you must be curious about people, caring about user feedback and have a user-centered mindset. Further we believe you are thoughtful and can pay attention to details without losing sight of the big picture.

What you'll do:

• Be responsible for the product experience of our paying customers; e.g., subscription details
• Work as a Product Designer on cross-functional projects
• Part of the design team, collaborating with other designers
• Make Mentimeter even more user-oriented by taking initiatives to seek more information from our users
• Get users and others to test wireframes, prototypes and existing products by meeting them in person or by using other services
• Find problems, pain points and improvement areas based on user insights and come up with suggested solutions
• Always have users top of mind and communicating their needs to the rest of the team

Required for the role:

• A few years experience of working as a Product Designer
• Portfolio that shows your design process and presents your work

Bonus:

• Skills in UX writing with a high proficiency in English

Not required:

• You don’t have to know Swedish (we are an English-first organisation, daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts over 20 different nationalities!)
