We are looking for a technical writer who is dedicated and likes to work in a collaborative environment where we make progress together, both when it comes to our product and our growth as individuals. The team

You will be part of the Oneflow integration team and will be working a lot with our public facing API as well as frequently helping other teams and departments with related tasks.

To succeed you would need:

• A minimum of 3-5 years experience writing technical user documentation for developers and end users.
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to explain processes and workflows in text and infographics.
• Know the basics of web based technologies in general and RESTful API:s in particular.
• Have excellent English writing skills in a number of different styles and tones as well as impeccable spelling and grammar.
• Be a self-directed and curious writer who works well with a variety of technologies and teams.

Meritorious:

• It is a big plus if you have a background in software development and if you are familiar with Python, React JS or similar.
• If you have experience of multimedia and graphic design and how to use it to enhance your articles that is an advantage.
• If you master more than one of the languages Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish that is an extra merit.

As a Technical Writer at Oneflow you will:

• Collaborate with developers to write, edit, and maintain internal and external technical documentation.
• Work closely with a variety of product owners, developers and customer-facing teams to document how to use new product features aimed at both technical and non technical audiences.
• Create the templates and frameworks for easy-to-read documentation.
• Review documents written by developers or product managers for a variety of API:s (external and internal) and suggest improvements or clarifications.
