is a Stockholm-based FinTech Startup. The founders have experience from big tech-companies like Microsoft, swedish success Startup's such as Izettle and from the american Startup-scene in general. Now they are searching for a Technical Support Engineer. Are YOU that person?

The candidate will be responsible for managing support cases for our Open Banking Platform.

As a Technical Support Engineer you will...

Work from the first symptom the the resolution, communicating
with our customers and internal stakeholders. Your are empathetic,
collaborative and customer friendlt. Your are always interested to learn
new things and collaborate with our Engineering and Product teams.
Open Payments provides the ground-breaking market infrastructure required for successful Open Banking based on PSD2. With our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) developer-first solution, we offer a single open and secure API to access the diversified bank APIs throughout the EU.

Some skills we consider critical to being a Technical Support Engineer:

Identify and describe root causes of issues
Test, evalutate and quanfiy an issue's symptoms
Manage the support case queue, scope and severity
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage progress

Core Tech Stack

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
or related field
- Great communications skills with our customers in both oral and
written words, mainly in English, but Swedish preferred
- Understands REST APIs and SDK:s
- Analytical and data oriented approach to problem-solving
- Startup experience, preffered from FinTech
- Eager to work in a Startup, with own responsibility and initiatives
