Overview
SCA IT Services is looking for an Infrastructure Developer to maintain the Client Management platform for SCA.This position is part of the Workplace & Collaboration Service team, which is responsible for the overall workplace experience SCA globally and across all sites.  You share responsibility for all support and deployment of the common Windows desktop and software environment. The team goal for this position is to ensure that the desktop maintains high performance, ease of use and that applications are distributed seamlessly to the end-users PCs. You provide support, research and development of new technology and tools to support the desktop experience and share this information within your team as well as among our OneIT Organization.The position reports to the IT Manager, Workplace & Collaboration Services.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Design, implement and maintain client management infrastructure based on SCCM 2012 R2.
Cooperate with the OneIT community to make sure that the infrastructure meets the requirements and performance goals.
Maintain and develop documentation for the software distribution Infrastructure.
Support updates and software deployments.
Support creation, maintenance and quality assurance of Software Packages and the distribution
Maintain the SCCM SQL Database.
Maintain, support and repair solutions to keep them performing in accordance with technical and functional specification.
Propose and evaluate tools to facilitate deployment of desktops to users.
Identify potential security risks and implement appropriate countermeasures.
Ensure the desktop maintains high performance and ease of use.
Provide input for creating the Service Architecture and Roadmap.

Your profile
Required Education & Experience

Expert knowledge of Microsoft System Center ConfigurationManager 2012 R2.
Minimum 5 years of experience with SCCM
Minimum 5 years of experience with Windows desktop management, deployment and support
Minimum 2 years of experience with Active Directory and MS network protocols and services
Minimum 2 years of experience with Software packaging
Minimum 2 years of experience as Project Leader
