Position offered:
SWEDISH SPEAKING SERVICE DESK CONSULTANT LEVEL 1

Responsibilities:

- Handling incoming telephone calls and emails
- System troubleshooting
- Other Service Desk duties that are required

Personal characteristics and skills:

- Flexible and innovative approach

Preferred experience:

- IT
- Windows 7 Configuration
- Windows Server 2008
- Microsoft Office and Exchange
- Active Directory
- Citrix Environments
- Customer Service

Education:

- Intermediate or better proficiency in English and in Swedish languages
- Completed secondary school
- Microsoft Certification (preferable)
