With us you will be responsible for

Your mission as a DevOps lead consultant will be helping our customers to achieve their DevOps business goals. You will be working in close cooperation with the product development teams, business developers, product managers and the sales organization. You understand the different aspects of the software delivery chain and will play a key role in developing new business and professional services in this area.

We expect you to have

We believe that you hold a university degree in a relevant field, combined with several years of hands-on experience and background in DevOps, agile software development, configuration, tools, deployment and operations. Fluency in English and Swedish is a must.

You should have very strong automation skills (tool agnostic) and the ability to drive initiatives to automate processes. Have strong understanding of DevOps CI/CD concepts including best practices; operational experience in Linux/Unix environment and scripting languages (Shell, Perl, Python) and excellent cross-functional and interpersonal skills to work with both development and operational teams.

We also expect you to have Expert skill in one or more following tools and systems: Docker, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Salt, Git, MongoDB (or other NoSQL DB), Git, SVN, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Ansible, Puppet, Foreman, Docker, Kubernetes, Nexus, Artifactory, ELK, Dashing, Sensu, Grafana, Graphite, Nagios, Sonar, Selenium, Consul, Nginx and Varnish.

If you also have knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Java and/or .Net that would be an added advantage.

Thought leadership skills, team leader or architect experience is preferable as well as an interest and ability to coach and mentor others. You create solid solutions with passion and understand what it takes to work with other professionals in a team with excellence as a target. You feel comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching out across functional borders and you have a strong drive to co-operate with customers.
