With us you will be responsible for

We are looking for a senior developer that is able to act as a SPOC in one of our deliveries’ development teams when it comes to new requirements, discussion with architects and understanding the scope. This includes both technical solutions and non-functional requirements. You will be the person who is making sure the items being pushed to the team is ready and can be accepted for development.

You will be…

• Present in backlog refinement meetings and represent the team to avoid inviting the whole team to meetings.
• Gatekeeping documentations of the epics, stories and tasks and from architects how they shall be developed and deployed/released in iterations and based on principles for DevOps.
• Responsible for the team achieving the definition of done criteria's for user stories, enabling tasks, including accepting sub-tasks originating other teams like dev teams, AO and CI/CD etc.
• Present content at ”Go/No-go” meetings for feature deployment and release
• Represent team in interaction with architect forum, stakeholders & ecosystem interactions for features driven by team.

We expect you to have

We believe that you hold a university degree in a relevant field, combined with several years of work experience and background in agile software development, tools and deployment. You have at least 5-10 years of experience within Java development and related tools/frameworks like Docker, REST, Spring Boot, Maven, Jenkins etc. DevOps experience & knowledge is very meriting. Fluency in English and Swedish is a must.

Some architect experience is preferable as well as an interest and ability to coach and mentor others. You create solid solutions with passion and understand what it takes to work with other professionals in a team with excellence as a target. You feel comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching out across functional borders and you have a strong drive to co-operate with customers.
