Junior Print Designer – H&M Young Girls Jersey Concept

About you:

We are looking for someone with a true love and passion for the Young Girls customer and products, and who has work experience from the fashion textile print profession. You need to have a documented great eye for upcoming global Young Girls fashion print trends. Close cooperation with the full jersey team and high tempo, makes your teamwork and ability to prioritize very important. License prints are important elements in the collection, you will be an important player in the team to update favourite license characters, and also to provide her with what is new. Understanding of license work and external print property is key. This is the role for you who are flexible and are already working with fashion textile prints for different products on a daily basis in a commercial environment.

We look for you who have:

• A BA or MA degree in textile fashion print design education
• Work as a junior print designer today
• High knowledge and extensive experience of different print techniques/ textile designing for commercial fashion retail businesses
• Are experienced with typography and graphic placement prints
• High level and experience from full print design process for digital commercial photoprints
• Know Adobe Suite on a high level, e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and more
• Understand the commercial fashion retail customer, especially the Young Girls target group from global market perspective
• Understand license product design and properties, and can communication with such external partners
• International textile and print/pattern trade show external clients visits, research and business acquisition
• International work experience and can bring a global perspective to the role
• Can work at a very fast pace and with parallel tasks and projects in constant communication with multiple internal stakeholders
• Are a driven team player as well as can take own initiatives
• Are fluent in English, written and spoken
