Cloud Engineer to ChyronHego

Using TRACAB as a tool, ChyronHego is the world leader in creating real-time digital sports data and converting this data into powerful content for sports fans, clubs, and broadcast. Using image processing technology TRACAB can capture all movements in a sports arena in real-time. Our team is responsible for analysing and delivering data to all the major football clubs every week. We are now looking for a Cloud Engineer that can take us to the next level, come join us!

About the role

As a Cloud Engineer at ChyronHego you will work with developing and maintaining our Cloud-based customer data delivery environment, providing a stable and secure platform for our data deliveries. You will also be involved in developing and deploying TRACAB’s future tracking products, as the industry is transforming from using onsite servers to cloud-based solutions. You need to be motivated to partake in a dynamic, fast-moving, and international environment. Good team working skills and a positive attitude are essential.

Essential skills for this role are

- Experience of working with cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure
- Container deployment & orchestration, e.g. Docker and Kubernetes
- Awareness in Core Cloud Networking and load balancing
- Experience in writing software in Node.js, Go, or similar language
- Good English communication capabilities, both written and verbal

Additional skills that we appreciate are

- B. Sc. in computer science or equivalent level of knowledge
- Experience of working with key-value databases such as Redis
- Experience of working with document databases such as MongoDB
- Linux server knowledge
