Our Exciting Opportunity

We are re-inventing the services provider experience and intend to accelerate the latest innovations seen in both mobile and cloud.

We are now looking for a senior service designer ready to create a better tomorrow together with us, the Experience Design team. We are a multicultural UX team of 30+ passionate minds – designers, researchers, content strategist and developers - with designs spanning across the entire corporate portfolio, from network, revenue and security management to IoT connect vehicles, 5G smart factories, and fleet management applications.

We work on collaborative teams to solve complex challenges and craft iconic experiences. We are recognized for our excellence in brand design and user experience implementation, winning Red Dot and iF Design awards.

You are a passionate service designer with a proven track record of great designs and strategy that meet end-user needs, product/service requirements and business objectives. You can take on complex tasks and translate them into intuitive, accessible, enjoyable and easy-to-use design for a world-wide audience, from first-time user to sophisticated expert. You have the ability to build in a rapid iterative design process, and effectively produce multiple solutions under tight timelines. You have an eye for detail and an excellent sense of aesthetics and functionality. You can lead and build positive relationships across subject areas with designers, developers, product teams, and cross functional partners. This position is for you!

This position reports to the manager of the Experience Design Team.

You will

  • Lead service design projects and work with customers, business partners and staff to develop customer and business centric concepts
  • Drive the development of innovative new services from initial brief to delivery
  • Produce a range of service design deliverables for different touch points
  • Perform user research, map user experiences and customer journeys through blueprints, roadmaps, workflows, personas and scenarios
  • Use visual design to tell stories and bring a narrative to life
  • Prototype services in order to validate ideas and iterate on it
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements, documentation and presentations
  • Work with our business units and in close cooperation with solution areas and development centers

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a design consultancy or equivalent position
  • Distinct customer/user focus and quality attitude
  • Deep expertise in design thinking/human-centered design
  • Willingness to learn and understand complex business technologies
  • Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing is a plus
  • Ability to acclimate working in new multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proven designs and experience of launched services that have been implemented in the real world
