Senior System Developer

For our client in Stockholm, we are looking for a Senior System Developer.

Assignment description:

Advanced Antenna Systems (AAS), Massive MIMO and digital beamforming, Algorithm and System Simulator development

Enable a flexible long-term partnership for system development of the 5G NR product.

The development activities are the core of the development activity in creating.

BB SW algorithms for our clients 5G radio base stations.

The expected outcome is to be a flexible partner operating primarily in the Sub-6

and TAO backlog, contributing to CA studies and in delivering high quality

system simulator (Redhawk) software and support.

The main activities will be to develop Advanced Antenna Systems (AAS), Massive MIMO and digital beamforming algorithms and the system simulator for the 5G NR products.

• Perform feature conceptual studies and support feature identification studies.
• The work will mainly be conducted within the 5G Sub6 and TAO Programs.
• There is a need to drive Algorithm Development technically and to perform Redhawk Coding(Java)/Simulations for advanced 5G AAS SU/MU-MIMO features.
• This includes implementing novel AAS features and solutions in our System-level simulator (Redhawk) and getting trusted performance results that can allow fast decision by SPM and be shared confidently with customers.
• Support several XFTs connected to related features.
• Complexity and expectations are equivalent to a Principal Developer.
• The team member must have a strong background in telecom system product development.
• The systemization tasks also require good 3GPP radio access standardization knowledge.
• Specifically, the team member needs to be able to take on a role as a senior system developer capable of 5G MIMO Redhawk simulations and feature development, this to massively accelerate the feature progress in the area of 5G NR and Massive-MIMO to regain technology leadership.
