As a verification team we are working with Radio, Baseband and Enclosure products (units, nodes, networks), including activities like requirement analysis, design support, integration, verification, customer support. In our team, you will run new product platforms, frequency variants and new features. The job will give you access to our RBS (Radio Base Station) lab and do hands-on work with RF equipment. In our department, you will learn about RF measurements and instruments such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators. You will also get to learn about internal and regulatory requirements for RBS radio.

We are making sure our products fulfill all needed requirements and standards to reach the global markets. The team is responsible to ensure our products are meeting the EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) requirements for the different markets.

Our verifications are performed both inside Ericsson facilities and at external test houses. We are a global organization with close collaboration with our colleagues in China and Canada

You will

  • Configure and command the nodes (Radio + Baseband)
  • Perform EMC verification of Ericsson’s products
  • Provide troubleshooting and customer support
  • Drive Continuous Improvements of Products and Processes
  • Report to Line Manager Verification

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Baseband and Radio product knowledge
  • Experience in reading/understanding standards and regulations
  • RF and radio knowledge
  • RF measurement technics and instrument handling
  • Basic knowledge in Java, C/C++, C#, Python, MATLAB
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Open-mindedness and innovation skills
  • Interest to constantly learn and share new findings
  • Self-motivation, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge
