Software Development Engineer

The opportunity

In this role, you will be a part of a highly-skilled team developing our still-growing portfolio of communication drivers for different control systems and of course everything around it.

Your focus during the days will be to deliver new software that meets the requirements of the team’s stakeholders. At the same time, we expect you to come up with new ideas, solutions and improvements on how we can develop our products and way of working even further. High level of drive and an ability to learn new things are key features in order to rock this role.

Your middle name is “open-minded” and you don’t mind adapting to changes between different manufacturers. And you never let the previous experience go to waste. Instead, you are making sure to use your learnings from before in new environments.

The work tasks are a bit up and down, here and there and can easily shift from high-level development one day to pure analysis of data communication the next. Just the way we like it!

We’re currently at the beginning of a new phase which means that the timing to join us couldn’t be more perfect.

As always, we would like you to know a lot, but in this case, it’s more important to be adaptive than to be a specialist within a field.

• C/C++
• C#
• Fluent in English

• Experience within automation and control systems
• Data communication
• Agile/Scrum
• Test Automation
• Any kind of standardized communication protocol (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.)
