UX Designer / UX researcher

We work hands-on with entrepreneurs, start-ups, and enterprises to rapidly build modern mobile, web, and data-driven applications. As UX Designer / Researcher you are responsible for the products User Experience making it as useful and useable as possible. You are aware of that we are always shipping, you are flexible and able to plan your time based on what kind of problem needs solving in alignment to our process. You’ll be working on daily iterations with user flows, design research, UX standards and user experience.

Skills

• Good communicator, and importantly a great team player.
• Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Invision, Axure and Keynote.
• Capable of leading meetings and workshops with business and technological stakeholders
• Have diverse and extensive knowledge in UX practices, Visual design tools & techniques
• Ability to strategize and execute common usability testing practices: ethnographic research, persona generation and maintenance, multivariate testing.
• Understanding and ability to develop User Experience Document( wireframes, site maps and user journeys.) Based on personas, impacts and scenarios.
• Have Experience designing full-service consumer and business applications and different user interfaces, devices, tablets etc.
• Have experience in common front end development concepts, tools & techniques
• Have 1-2 years experience with agile and/or lean philosophy and methods
• Have 3+ years experience in related field.
• Have excellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels of both internal and client organizations; engaging presentation style

Bonus

• Familiarity with usability heuristics and relevant HCI literature
• Visual design skills
• Have a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design-related discipline (preferred, but not required). ”
