Developer for Radio-Link Performance Test (444683)

We are now looking for a test system developer to join our Radio-Link hardware product development team in Gothenburg. In this position you will have a meaningful role in the autonomous Radio-Link performance test and test system development team having the full responsibility for performance tests and testing as well as test system development. We apply lean and agile ways of working, hence continuous improvement and innovation are valued parts of the daily work. You will continuously encounter new challenges and get the opportunity to drive activities such as test case development, test system development (design and architecture), regression test station quality assurance, fault finding, internal customer support and communication. Your responsibilities and tasks will be to:

• Design and develop LabVIEW based Radio-Link performance test system and subsequent performance tests
• Ensure integration requirements are met between Radio-Link performance test system and other test systems used for Radio-Link product development
• Support test and certification engineers in performance/certification test execution
• Ensure best in class performance test quality (supervised through regression testing)
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis and customer support towards organizations utilizing the Radio-Link performance test system
• Drive continuous improvements and innovation of tests, test system and processes
• Be responsible for requirement management and test system/test design documentation

Key Qualifications

A successful candidate is driven, has very good networking, collaboration and interpersonal skills in English, both in written and oral form, a talent for innovation, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as:

• Master/Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering (or relevant experience)
• Experience and interest in text-based SW development (Python, C and C++)
• Interest in developing LabVIEW coding skills and integration of LabVIEW based code with other code languages such as Python
• Eagerness to learn, curiosity, solution oriented as well as true standout colleague
• Result oriented, having an innovative mentality and valuing high quality results and fulfillment of customer expectations
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the field of SW development
• Experience from crafting SW test systems (beneficial)
