We want you, a Designer with 4 or more years' experience with design of digital apps, and confidence in CSS, HTML5, and maybe JavaScript for our clients within Retail, Telecom, Bank & finance. As a UI/UX designer we assume that you have a good technical background and a passion for UX design, and that you are comfortable creating the wireframes, polished mockups, and prototypes (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision). You will mainly work with Web Applications, Mobile applications and occasionally websites in close cooperation with Polar Capes clients and the Frontend team.

You will be part of a consultant team of 6-8 people with a Consultant Manager who will be your closest contact person, from your team you will receive support and development in every project you take. And at FATO once a month you meet your team to share knowledge, obstacles, or work on a project of your own together.

And just as you, we think personal development is important. We will give you the time and budget for further training in relevant tools / technology just for you. Forums run by colleagues with high competence in Frontend (Jakov in Macedonia is our own guru) Leadership, and in SAFE (and if you want to share, lead the way). We also give you the opportunity to work in cross functional projects in Skopje and Stockholm. Besides our two offices you get colleagues from different part of the world who are driven by having a real impact for our customers.

And when we have done that, we like to celebrate, abroad and at home with dinners, AW, Skiing (we have some good teachers among us) or with on the paddle court (Kamuran is a Paddle master).

Polar cape was founded in 2010 in Stockholm, and in 2011 we opened a new office in Macedonia, Skopje.
