We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer, who would join our ServiceNow development team. I am Juozas Giedra and I am heading the Case Management team in Telia IT. We at Telia are a global company, thus we are now building a global Telia IT. As part of new ways to work we are enabling a close cooperation of Business Units and Telia IT.

This is a great opportunity to be part of an agile DevOps team, working together with team colleagues in all countries where Telia operates. As a ServiceNow developer you will be part of one of Telia’s ServiceNow DevOps teams working closely with various projects and stakeholders that are representing business organization at Telia. Telia is in the middle of a huge transformation journey, and ServiceNow is a vital part of the future vision of a new generation telco.

Your experience:

  • ServiceNow development experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Development and configuration experience of ITSM/Case mgmt. product in ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow on-prem, portal and service catalog development experience
  • Automated Testing Framework experience
  • Experience with Rest/SOAP
  • JavaScript and jQuery
  • Worked with cloud-based services
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and certification (advantage)
  • Agile experience (advantage)
  • Understanding of the application development lifecycle process, including:
  • requirement analysis,
  • quality assurance,
  • design,
  • scheduling,
  • implementation,
  • documentation,
  • issue tracking,
  • version control and deployment
  • Proficient in using development tools
  • University degree
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
