We are now looking for a Senior QA Test Analyst to join the Clearing and Risk development - part of the European Market Systems Team within Global Technology. The team develops and supports our post-trade solutions that are used by our high profiled Nasdaq exchanges and our own clearinghouse in the Nordics, and we work in a fast pace international FinTech environment.

About the role:

You willbe working with a cross-functional team of driven problem-solvers from all over the world. The main responsibility will be to create test case suites for our risk and clearing product functionality and execute those, preferably in an automated fashion.

This is a great opportunity to grow as a QA tester. You will expand the knowledge and understanding of the client setup while taking part in, and supporting test activities together with the client.Our QA Test professionals are integrally involved in meeting our challenge to develop robust high-quality software, with ever-increasing performance requirements and simultaneously contribute to improving agility.

What you will do on a daily basis:

Be part of a highly agile team and environment

Write test cases, report defects, perform, and automate (if possible) functional and regression testing for new enhancements being delivered.

Make estimates, plan, and manage your time at work efficiently.

Discuss complicated requirements and their outcome with business analysts and developers.

Support your team and our clients in their test activities.

What we expect from you:

A Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience

At least 3 years of work experience in Functional and/or automated testing

Experience in the financial Risk domain

A passion and drive for Software Testing

A strong Can-Do attitude and good teamwork skills

Excellent language skills in written and spoken English

It would be great if you have:

Experience in the FinTech industry, preferably within the financial risk/financial mathematics area. In addition, experience from work in financial back-office functions is meriting as well

A strong interest in financial mathematics and/or financial markets

Experience in excel macros

Experience with GIT, Unix/Linux, and Jira
