Quality Assurance Lead

We are looking for a QA Lead to manage a team of internal and external QA staff. This person will work with the production team to ensure that our regular releases happen smoothly and that quality expectations are met. We want to hire people who like freedom but also take on the responsibility to deliver quality work. Of course you need to have a passion for games and like to learn new skills, tools and technologies.
Gaming Corps are developing games for several devices such as mobiles, PC and consoles.

Essentials
- 3+ years of quality-assurance experience in video games, with at least two full cycles on a AAA title.
- Previous experience shipping video games for multiple console platforms.
- Accurate management of bug tracking database(s).
- Conduct bug regression to confirm that an accurate update of the bug tracking database is completed in a timely manner.
- Manage and lead day-to-day, developer-focused quality-assurance operations.
- Oversee and manage a small QA team. Create and execute general and specific test plans to ensure proper testing of all features and aspects of games.
- Continually provide excellent quality assurance in a highly dynamic environment by abiding by QA best practices and principles.
- Manage the relationship with external or off-site testing groups.
- Be directly involved with reviewing and hiring new QA staff.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, and Kanban.

Desirable
- Experience with multiple game platforms.
- Project management or production knowledge/experience.
- Experience with shipping story driven games
- Experience with managing automated testing, incl. unit tests, system tests, smoke tests and integration and interface testing
