UI Designer

UI Designer
The UI designer will be part of the Digital team and will manage the digital visual design for both web/commerce and mobile app. You will work in a small and agile team where your work will have a big impact.

The UI designer will maintain and improve already existing design as well as create design for new features.

The position can be based in either Gothenburg or Amsterdam.

What you'll do

- Work in collaboration with the UX/UI lead, UX designers and developers to translate the user experience into visuals
- Understand and support the company vision and values and help translate them into the design work  
- Identify opportunities to improve existing design
- From your expertise propose a visual design and be able to communicate/present this in a great way to key stakeholders
- Ensure consistency throughout digital designs and align the different digital channels - web platform and mobile app.

We think you have

- 3-5 years of work experience as a digital UI designer
- Experience of creating visual designs for both mobile apps and websites
- Experience working with international/multi-cultural brands as well as market adaptations and localization
- Experience with app and web front-end development
- Pro-active mindset, takes initiatives and great collaborating skills in order to find successful solutions together with the team
- Experience of working in a start-up environment with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in working with Figma and/or with design tools
