We are now looking for a System Manager to evolve and ensure the evolution of one of Ericsson’s most exciting and ground-breaking products in Dedicated Networks

You will

• Contribute to the architectural vision for Dedicated Networks
• Be involved in Senior stake-holders management activities
• Handle Cross Business Units (BU) requirements
• Work closely with the Product Management team
• Coach our development team leads and work close to our Stream Leads
• Ensure that our product updates are delivered on time
• Be accountable for inspiring changes in WoW in Business Area Digital Services (BDGS), and to some extent in Business Area Network (BNEW)
• Sometimes have to say "NO"!

To be successful in the role you must have

• Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• Experience as a System Manager in a R&D matrix organization
• Understanding of Life Cycle Management via SaltStack
• DevOps knowledge and experience
• Solid background with backend architecture based on Go-lang
• Capabilities with front-end architecture based on React
• A User Experience (UX) driven design attitude
