They work with JavaScript as their main language for both frontend and backend and try to adhere to the latest standards. They have continuous delivery and continuous deployment set up and they push to production several times daily. They store everything on GitHub and use GitHub actions to deliver it to ESC clusters on AWS.

The team also consists of developers, designers, analysts and experts. The teams are self-organizing and drive the agenda for their area. They run around 10 of these smaller teams in parallel.

- Nice colleagues, reasonable workload, I have the opportunity to learn new things through collaboration with colleagues and on my own. We take time to help out and we are kind to each other.
- That my opinions are listened to and the level of trust we have between each other.
- Friendly environment, Good attitudes from colleagues, Flexible work time.

It is also a great plus if you have experience from other publishers or media companies.
