.Net Developer - 2nd/3rd line support

We are seeking a .Net Developer for a customer project in Gothenburg.

Background

You will mainly support and maintenance for a basket of .net applications in the Material Planning area. You will be working in distributed team with members in Gothenburg and Bangalore. The focus of the role is mainly on preventing incidents and finding root causes for issues, this is 2nd/3rd line support. A lot of business knowledge will be needed and will be built up with support from experienced developers and business analysts in the team. We work with frequent automated deploys to production and testing is highly automated. Basic knowledge regarding SQL is needed. Participation in development projects from time to time, with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

- Gather requirements from stakeholders and document such requirements.
- Develop detailed designs of medium complexity applications/database and be competent in cost effective estimation, development planning, deployment and operation activities.
- Suggest ideas and actively contribute in relevant IT Services communities and bodies.
- Secure necessary and relevant review and audits are performed for the product.

Essential (must have) skills, knowledge and experience

- English language proficiency
- Experience of .Net Core
- Experience of SQL Server
- Experience of C#
