Java Developer

Since early 2000, we have supported our clients on a fixed number of projects, all over the world. Our consultant pool consists of Swedish and non-Swedish consultants within the fields of embedded systems telecommunication, online solutions and application development. Now we are looking for more skilled engineers to come work with us as consultants, on-site with our customers in Sweden.

We are are looking for a strong Java Developer who wants to work in the technical forefront.

As a Java Developer in our team you use the latest technologies, like AWS and Microservices, to develop cutting edge solutions and services to our customers. The purpose is to help them stay ahead and offer attractive and relevant services – now and in the future. Together with your team you are responsible for the installation to one of our customers and to maintain and continuously improve the installation to be robust and fit the business needs of the customer.

As a person you are a curious, innovative and analytical problem solver. You enjoy teamwork and have an inclusive approach to your work.

Academic degree within Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or other relevant areas.

Required competence:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Java 8 or higher
• J2EE
• Junit, Cucumber or experience from another test framework
• Spring & Spring Boot
• Unix
• AWS CloudFormation, EC2 and Lambda

Valuable competence:

• JavaScript
• Python
• AWS DynamoDB, Kinesis and SQS
• Jenkins
• GIT
• AMQ
• Hibernate, JPA
• Nginx
• SonarQube
• Oracle

Start: asap.

Duration: 12-24 months on site in Sweden, with a high probability of extension.

Extent: Full-time, 40h / week. Paid overtime can be requested by the customer.

Compensation: Negotiable.
