Now you have the chance to become a system developer for Tele2s CRM Direct Marketing team and being a mayor key player in Tele2s transformation for a smart and automated customer communication journey.

OM TJÄNSTEN
Tele2:s journey in automating the whole customer communication lifecycle is one of the most exciting and challenging journeys you can come across in all of Sweden right now. They are currently responsible for most of the customer communication for all brands under the Tele2 group, that includes Tele2, Comviq, Com Hem, Boxer, Tele2 Business and Comhem Play right now. They are also currently working across many different channels, e-mail, texting, MMS, Social Media, Telemarketing, landing pages, push notifications and more to come.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Having this many types of communications and such a large and complex customer base they always have the challenge in collection the right type of data and knowing how to handle it and acting on it. Currently they are working with the well established CRM Platform Adobe Campaign. This is the platform where they collect, store and act on all the data they can come across. And as their goals is to become smarter and have a more structured and automated customer lifecycle they strive to integrate the system to other data sources.

Being a system developer at Tele2 Direct Marketing means that your main responsibilities will be;
* Identifying needs of data that we need to act on a specific lifecycle and create a specification of those requirements.
* Develop the integration with endpoints and API calls within the system Adobe Campaign.
* Securing the data quality and storing in tables within Adobe Campaign.
* Develop communication templates from scratch and updating current templates.
* And doing other types of development within the Adobe Campaign platform.

You are going to be a key player in the development projects and will be the one who makes the demands a reality.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* A person with experience working with SOAP & Rest APIs and how they interact with other upstream/downstream systems
* A person with good knowledge in the following programming languages; Javascript, XML, HTML, CSS
* A person who are self-propelled and can work good together with other interests as well
* A person with a big interest in data and how you can use data in smart and efficient ways.
* If you have knowledge of HTML DOM manipulation and page load events it's a plus

* Work extent: Full time 6 months, with good opportunities for extension / over-recruitment
