Kvalifikationer
- At least 4-5 years’ experience working as UX professional
- University degree within a design or creative field
- Background in working with enterprise and/or industrial experience
- Proficient at using Sketch and InVision (or other tools to help bring clarity to your craft)
- Hands-on software product design experience for mobile applications (understanding of app and other hardware would be a plus)
- Professional knowledge in English and Swedish

Job Description
We are looking for a UX Designer to our client with a passion and experience working with mobile apps (iOS and Android) and who enjoys the challenges of designing enterprise solutions. You should have a strong focus on enabling users to complete their working tasks and be able to collaborate with company stakeholders to understand and help ensure business goals are met successfully and efficiently. You will join an established Development organization where you will be working within a scrum connected to mobile app development. Being able to collaborate with developers in order to create functional solutions is a must. You’ll also be part of a wider Design Team where your role will be to work with the Designers and the wider Company organization to ensure consistent experiences with other apps and web applications, as well as help foster a great working environment and evangelize UX Design.

We are looking for a person who effectively articulate the rationale behind your design decision to inspire and achieve consensus. You have the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to understand the problems and design a solution. You are open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism. You are passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. You demonstrate abilities to drive discussions, workshops and have critical thinking to meet design goals. You work with and promote best practices in UX and engage people during the creative process.

Admission and Application
Full time position. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-07-25, with possibility of extension.
