IT Process Framework Manager

CIO Office is the staff function within Group IT with the task to ensure governance and strategic transformation of IT in Volvo Car Group. Business Improvement is a part of the CIO Office with a mission to lead the transformation of IT and to drive continuous improvement of the IT business within Volvo Car Group.
We are looking for a manager who will be in charge of the IT Process Framework. This is an important role in the transformation of IT and will involve interfacing with many stakeholders throughout Volvo Car Group. This position is working in close cooperation with Service Framework Management.
Main responsibilities
* Govern and own the IT Process Management Framework within Volvo Car Group
* Drive the maintenance and development of the framework
* Develop and support relevant forums and networks in a lean way
* Support Process Owners and Process Managers
* Support the development of business cases
* Benchmark, review industry trends and collect best practices to proactively explore improvements
* Improve the efficiency, effectiveness and quality in our way of working
Required qualifications
* Relevant academic degree or corresponding experience
* Experience from at least 5 years of IT and/or Process Management
* Experience from working in global organisations
* Leadership experience
* 6-sigma training
* Fluent in English, spoken and written
* Experience from IT Service Management and ITIL is meritorious
* Business Acumen and good understanding of the automotive industry and its customers is an asset
