The company provides data and services to the financial infrastructure. You will be a part of an agile team comprising of many nationalities. You will be based in central Stockholm, enjoying a flexible balance of office and home office to provide their business and customers with reliable first-class financial information. More information about the company will be presented to you at the first interview.

Arbetsuppgifter:

The Role
As a developer in the IT index team, you will be part of a multicultural team that builds, tests and operates the Index calculation platform for Swiss and Nordic indices. You develop and maintain application code in Scala, Java and shell scripts. The focus is to operate the index application to ensure that it is running reliably. That will involve working with incident, problem, change, release and capacity management for the index application. In collaboration with your colleagues you’ll also support the company’s business colleagues to rapidly develop new financial products. Regular on call duty (on a remote basis) is a part of the role.

Utbildning, Erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper:

Education and Experience
• Great knowledge and experience in Java or Scala
• Experience and skills in shell scripting development
• Fluent in English, writing and speaking
Meritorious:
• Experience of working with databases
