Lab technician to material removal and maintenance

OM TJÄNSTEN
The role as a Lab Technician at Atlas Copco will be a great step that will be practical as well as analytic and you will be part of the Material Removal and Maintenance group, a professional team of 18 colleagues managing pneumatic tightening and material removal tools. The group includes the group manager, 13 mechanical designers and 4 lab technicians and you all work together, even if you will be responsible for one sort products. The product range composed of van motor angel and die grinders, turbine motor grinder, High torque pneumatic tools and airline accessories.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Your main mission will be closely work with design team to ensure a great flow throughout our tests and validating processes – from planning tests, testing tools to documentation and reports. You will perform tests and support investigations of quality issues that may occur in the field or elsewhere. You will participate in developing test procedure and equipment.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
If you have experience from testing, assembly or other practical work it will be to your advantage. Moreover, you enjoy and contribute with your knowledge in managing administrative tasks such as documentation and report writing. Skills in Excel and computer literacy is a requirement.

You preferably hold a technical university degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. But to us, experience is equally important as a formal degree. Fluency in English and Swedish is a requirement, written and spoken alike.

You contribute to great teamwork, take responsibility for your assignments and always focus on reaching the finish line.
