Sigma IT is now looking for an experienced Android developer to join our inhouse team.

We are looking for you who have worked with Android App development for a couple of years and want to work in an environment where you are challenged daily and get to work within our inhouse team that consists of developers within iOS, Android and .NET.

What is the role like?

We at Sigma IT are looking for Android Developers to join our inhouseteam that is placed at Lindholmen or Alingsås (free selection of location). The aim of this role is to design and program functional applications running on Android. You will be working both on your own and as a part of a Scrum team together with your colleagues. Your future colleagues in the inhouse team are mobile app developers, .NET Developers, architects, team leads and project managers. If you have an interest, it is possible to try new technical areas and programming languages such as iOS and C#.

The inhouse team are a group that have a strong interest for technology, a great team-spirit and like to learn new things and sharing their knowledge.

Your background

You will be happy in this role if you have multiple years of experience and good knowledge of Android development in Kotlin and Java. You also have good experience from relevant frameworks connected to Android. You probably have your educational background from computer science but other pure Android-focused educations can also be of interest for your background.
It is also good to have experience from:
- Programming in C# since you will be working close to your colleagues that are involved in C# .NET projects.
