Kvalifikationer
- You have 8+ years of experience working with development of digital services in a digital/physical system solution context within larger brand driven businesses
- You probably also have a master’s degree in Interaction Design or similar education background
- You’re an excellent communicator in English and Swedish, both oral and written

The assignment will be performed at our customers office in Jönköping.

Job Description
We’re now looking for an UX-designer for our customers in Jönköping. This assignment is two folded, 20% you will work with the overall user experience, which means you will orchestrate, design and lead towards a holistic experience for a user domain including curating a user knowledge platform. And the rest 80% yor role will be UX/UI designer within one of the services provided to. You will be involved in the project all the way from research to final product and will have deliveries during the process. As the UX-designer your work tasks will include research user needs and transfer to communicable user insight, formulate User goals, plan and moderate cross-functional workshop to ideate, form and shape a concept solutions, and work with concept design and information architecture. Your task will also include detailed design and user interface design, conduct user and usability tests, and communicate design input to projects/engineering.

As a person you are a team player who get things done with responsibility attitude and you have excellent communication skills and ability to create trustful relationships. Your mindset is international and you have experience working in multi-cultural teams. The work will be done with an agile mindset (test-learn-modify) and you have to be able and love complex problems and is able to make the complex simple.

Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our customer wants to start 2021-02-08 and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-05-07 with the possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant for our exciting client.
