Bluestep Bank is a dedicated and solution-oriented lender that offers mortgages in Sweden, Norway and Finland. The goal is to be the preferred and best option for those who have difficulties obtaining a loan in a traditional bank. Bluestep’s focus is to provide loans to people with the ability to improve and change their life situation and thereby successfully manage their finances in a sustainable way going forward.

Bluestep has been offering mortgage loans to customers in Sweden since 2005, in Norway since 2010 and in Finland since 2020. Bluestep has grown steadily since launch and is, with over 20 000 mortgage customers, the leading specialist mortgage lender in these countries. Bluestep is also, outside of the traditional banks, a large provider of savings accounts to the public, both in Sweden and Norway. Bluestep is under supervision of the Swedish FSA and has been a Credit Markets Company since 2007 and received a banking license in October 2016. Bluestep was acquired by EQT in 2017.

About the role
You are an ambitious full-stack developer who wants to be part of the entire process from developing, testing and implementation. You will maintain and develop our external web sites for Sweden, Norway and Finland by striving for continuous improvement and new solutions that can enhance our customer experience.

You will have both responsibility and influence to improve. You will be working close together with other developers, but also specialists in other areas in marketing and operations. This collaboration will get even stronger soon when we expand our services with the use of APIs, and Azure cloud solutions.

We are constantly trying to improve the way we work. That means you will have to use your entire skillset as well as develop new ones, as you will have the opportunity to have a big influence and contribute to what we consider best practice.

Who are you?
We value your passion for fullstack development and understanding for the overall process. You are a team player who likes to take responsibility and strive for continuous improvement. We see that you have a background in .NET and Episerver. It is a merit if you also have experience of GIT, Vue.js and Azure DevOps or other CI/CD systems.
