THIS IS THE JOB
We offer you a bootcamp that is led by some of our sharpest architects and developers, who shares their knowledge and insight in their day-to-day work. Over four weeks' time you will be learning a bunch of new technologies, gain experience working in development teams and how it all works in the real world. You will have the opportunity to improve your skills within application & software development, cloud services like Azure, AI, Data and Analytics and much much more.
After four weeks of intense work, you will graduate from the bootcamp as a junior consultant and join one of our development teams. Here you will get hands on experience in real-world projects, and help bring out the best solutions to our clients. Whether you have an interest in databases, backend development, analytics or frontend, we will set you up with the best team to work with our projects. Most of the projects that we work on are executed in-house within Stratiteq walls, in our majestic turn of the century office in the central of Malmö.

To succeed as a Developer at Stratiteq, continuous learning is crucial. At Stratiteq we learn from each other and share experiences from different projects. For instance, via brown bag sessions, internal conferences, or external trainings. We work closely together, and we take pride in the team effort and cheer for each other.
One of the most important qualities we are looking for is passion as we believe that if you have passion for your craft, you can learn the skills. However, you see programming as a way to change the world and you want to be a part of innovative ideas and new ways of development, curiosity is the key! And of course, you are a person that likes spending your time in front of the computer and learning about new technologies.
We believe in potential. You don't need to have any previous experience or skills from before, but we think you are extra cool if you're a real nerd and doing some coding in your spare time. If you have a passion for digital technologies, a curious mindset and want to explore new ideas and things, you will come a long way! We will teach you the rest!

Our focus is manufacturing industries, public transport, and service companies. We use leading technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Qlik, Power BI and Tableau.
