Scrum Master to Agile DevOps team

As a Scrum Master in our DevOps team for Service Sales Enablement you will be part of accelerating this change. The Team

You’ll will join an agile and self-organized development team that is responsible for all elements of application and service development. Your team is involved in all aspect of developing such as requirement work, architecture, development, testing, operation etc. Currently our technology focus is .Net Core, Angular and AWS. You will also work cross functional within the organization sharing knowledge within your areas of expertise and cooperating with other teams.

We are organized in a BizDevOps setup so all the competences needed from development to commercial aspects are gathered together. We strive to always improve, by having an open mindset to new insights and learnings.

Your Role

 As a Scrum Master you will act as the "servant leader" of the DevOps team by removing impediments and helping the team remain successful and on schedule while delivering high customer value. You do this in close cooperation with the team and the Product owner. In addition, you will:

• Drive tactical, consistent team-level improvement as part of the scrum process
• Understand business strategy, objectives and technology to ensure development work is prioritized by business value, work is aligned with objectives and help the team overcome development roadblocks.
• Work independently receiving oversight during critical decision points or issues
• Select tool, framework, and methodologies for team-level activities, within established guidelines
• Facilitate efforts of large and complex features that may involve integrating multiple teams
