Are you ready to take part in building a new Helpdesk team where the focus is to provide the global Axis organization with daily support within areas like, Windows, Linux, Network, cloud or security? As a Helpdesk Administrator here at Axis you will be able to maintain and manage daily operation and take part in how we should this to give our consumers an excellent experience!

Who is your future team?
You will be part of a newly created team which will have the responsibility of daily operation. Although the Helpdesk team, Infrastructure, is a new team you will have plenty of colleagues as within our department, IT Operations and Support already have two teams with approx. 20 coworkers. And now we are looking for colleagues to fulfil the open positions in the Helpdesk team. Together, in the IT Operations & Support team we are responsible for Axis global infrastructure and you, as our Helpdesk Administrator will be our first point of contact with our stakeholders. What you'll do here as Helpdesk Administrator, Infrastructure:
As Helpdesk Administrator, Infrastructure you will play an important role of supporting the organization with a highly available and reliable infrastructure. You will do so by managing Incidents, Problems, Requests and proactively monitor our global infrastructure. Important for the role is to take part in development of the team, how the team should work and continuously improve both the infrastructure as well as how we work.

* Drive and manage Incident Management
* Proactive monitoring of the Infrastructure
* Maintenance of the Infrastructure (patching, upgrades & continual improvements)
* Management of Requests

Who are we looking for/Who are you?
We are looking for you, who have couple of years' experiences in a Helpdesk role, so you understand what great service is. But also have some training in the different technology areas defined below. We think you like to work in a constant changing environment. You should have great troubleshooting skills and be able to drive incident resolution from start to closure. You have a good understanding of the importance of Life Cycle Management of Platforms & Infrastructure which means you have been working with maintenance and coordination of activities, like upgrades, patching and requests. You have excellent communications skill and have the ability for turning technical problem statements into a business perspective. We think you have genuine technical interest and understand dependencies within a technical ecosystem.

You like to take ownership and work together with others to find the best resolutions for Axis.

Network

* Firewalls (general knowledge of firewall rules and policies setting)
* TCP/IP, routing and switching (routing protocol BGP & ipv4/ipv6)
* SD-WAN technology Software defined networking (SDN) & Wifi.
* Network scripting
* NSX

Storage/Backup

* SAN-technologies
* Disaster & Recovery
* Backup technologies

Virtual environment

* Different virtual environment

Linux

* Linux administration (Debian, Ubuntu, Red Hat)
* DB
* Dockers, Kubernetes
* Cloud service like AWS

Windows

* Windows administration (Windows Server 2012 & 2016, SCOM)
* M365 (Exchange)
* MS SQL
* Azure AD & On-prem AD
* Azure

As you will be in a vital part of in supporting Axis colleagues around the world, we think you need to have communication skill both in Swedish and English.
