Favro is a fast-growing Swedish software start-up with offices and teams based out of Uppsala, Stockholm, Da Nang, Kyiv and Vilnius. They are now looking for a new member to join their team and help reach the common goal of bringing the way of agile working to all kinds of organizations. This is a consultant assignment where you will be hired by Academic Work but will work for Favro. As an Academic Work consultant our long term ambition is for you to be directly hired by Favro after a period of time, given that all parties are happy with the collaboration. As a consultant at Academic Work you are offered a great opportunity to grow as a professional, extend your network and establish valuable contacts for the future.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You will join their core product team where you will work closely with developers in Sweden and Ukraine, and also collaborate with the team in Vietnam. Your main responsibilities will be to further develop Favro’s successful tool and contribute with your programming skills to the whole development process. These could include automation testing, code reviews, developing new features, collaborating with designers etc.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Skills in solving complex problems in code
* Skills within front and backend
* Ability to write clean, understandable and testable code
* Skills in implementing complex interactions and UI components
* Experience within Javascript or Typescript

It is considered a merit for the position if you have:

* Previously worked in a start-up environment or in a smaller team
* Experience working with a large code base
* Experience writing code with security in mind
* Experience in C++
