QA Test Specialist

Nasdaq Stockholm is currently looking for a QA professional to join our Business Verification team within European Markets Operations. European Markets Operations supports our leading Nordic and Baltic exchanges and our clearinghouse. Here, we strive to implement processes and system enhancements that will improve services, minimize risks and establish efficient operations for our clients.

Your role & responsibilities include

In this role, we offer you the opportunity to bring your amazing talent and experience to perform test automation activities, with opportunities to innovate with new and established testing technologies. Additionally, you will:

· Being part of user acceptance test projects on behalf of Nasdaq’s exchanges, including the preparation, execution and reporting of manual and automated test cases in UAT release projects

· Reviewing requirements and planning test activities

· Automation of test cases and maintenance of existing test scripts

· Collaboration with business development, operational teams and development teams

We expect you to have

· BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or other related discipline, along with Specialist certifications in QA/Testing methodology

· A few years of experience in testing with software development life cycle of complex systems

· Skills and experience with automated testing

· Knowledge of relevant programming language(s) such as Java or JavaScript

· Knowledge of CD/CI concepts

· Knowledge of Agile concepts

· Passionate about quality and attention to details

· Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills

· Fluent in written and spoken English
