Development team lead to Neonet Securities in Stockholm

TNG IT is now looking for an experienced developer with managing skills to Neonet Securites´s core development team in Stockholm. We are looking for an inspiring and quality-oriented team leader who can manage and develop the team responsible for the trading platform. About the position

As a team leader you will work hands-on developing the trading platform which is the core of Neonet´s business. As a team leader you are expected to initiate improvements and bring in new ideas to your team. Your goal is to create a high-performance team with a good team-spirit and give them the conditions needed to be successful.
As a team leader you will manage and coordinate a smaller developing team and function as a link between the team and the business. As the role also has a strategic responsibility you are expected to take a holistic perspective and include different views in your decision making.
As a leader you have great communication skills. You have the ability to manage and develop you employees by challenging them to apply a business-oriented way of thinking.

Your qualifications

You have several years of experience developing in C++ and we believe that you have knowledge in other programming languages as well. You thrive in a role where you get the opportunity to lead both yourself and your team towards new goals. You are used to working with agile methods and it´s preferable if you have been working in larger production environments with critical business systems.

To be successful in this position you are self-driven, thinking proactivly and business oriented. You are passionate about development and you like to be up-to-date in your area of competence.

Personality-wise you are inspiring and a driven team player who like to take the lead and initiate new ideas. You have the ability to concretize requirements and take a holistic perspective without losing focus on the details.
