System Developer, baseband

Since early 2000 we have supported our clients on a vast number of projects, all over the world. Our consultant pool consists of Swedish and non-Swedish consultants within the fields of embedded systems, telecommunication, IoT, security, online solutions and application development. We are now looking for an Application Security Test Engineer.

Assignment description:

System development of 5G products. The development activities are the core of the development activity in creating Baseband SW functionality for the client's 5G radio base stations. The main activities will be to develop L1 and L2 baseband algorithms and the system simulator for the 5G NR products. Examples of areas that are included:

- within L1, channel estimation, modulation and beamforming

- within L2, scheduling, power control and link adaptation.

• Perform feature conceptual studies and support feature identification studies.

• The work will mainly be conducted within the 5G Sub6.

• There is a need to technically drive Algorithm Development and to perform Link- (C++) and System- (Java) coding / simulations for advanced 5G features.

• This includes implementing novel features and solutions in the Link- and System- level simulator and to get trusted performance results that can allow fast decision by SPM and be shared confidently with customers.

• Support several XFTs connected to related features.

Start: asap.

Duration: longterm.

Extent: full-time, 40h/week. Paid overtime can be requested.

Compensation: Negotiable.
