About Tele Radio R&D

We are a small development team in Gothenburg who believes that developing great products is the result of having skilled, passionate and empowered individuals. At our R&D you will experience the joy and freedom of a smaller company with short decision paths, flat organization and where the communication with colleagues, other departments and customers always are open. At the same time you’ll have the resources, development potential and international context that often only could be found at much bigger companies. Our product development is today taking place in Sweden, Turkey and China which are all managed from R&D at our Headquarter in Gothenburg.

About The Position

We are now in the process of expanding our R&D organization in Gothenburg with one more Software developer. You will be part of a team responsible for developing tools for customization, configuration and management of our industrial remote-control systems. We are proud to be a leading provider of customized solutions to our customers and these cloud-based tools are a key in this ambition. We seek you that loves to develop reliable software with high usability and appreciate being an important colleague within a team where you have a lot of possibilities to influence.

Our current development stack includes: Python, Javascript, Docker, GIT, Gitlab, Jenkins, Linux, AWS, Bash, MariaDB, PyQt5, Terraform, Antlr4, Kotlin (Android), Java, Spring boot, Flask, Django

We believe you have:

• A passion for technology
• Experience of software development
• Fluent English language, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in python
• A drive to understand the users and build software with high usability

If you have experience in one or several of the following areas, it is an extra plus:

• Experience with a VCS, preferably GIT
• Experience with DevOps
• Comfortable working in a Linux terminal
• CI/CD technology
• OCI container technology
• Basic understanding of a lexer/parser/compiler
• Experience with cloud technology and IaC
