Senior technical Specialist

For our client we are looking for a Technical Specialist

Tasks within the assignment

-To maintain and support the IT infrastructure and ensure that it is updated as specified in policies and according to supplier specifications

- Implement or upgrade engineering and/or functionality (including contributing in test activities such as System Testing, Factory Acceptance Test or Site Acceptance Test in collaboration with other functions, e.g., Production Engineering)

- Perform Capacity planning and resource optimization and Life cycle management

- Manage assigned incidents, requests and problems (investigate, solve, perform status updates and document solution) remote and onsite

- Operate and maintain technical platform (monitor, log, backup, capacity planning etc.)

- Design and configure, install and upgrade hardware and software

- Evaluate new technologies and methods

- Create and maintain standard operating procedures

- Implement and support system integration (e.g. between, platforms, operating systems, networks, applications, production equipment)

- Document according to client guidelines

- Follow established processes and instructions and contribute to following applicable Service Level Agreements

- Perform competence sharing within the client organization as well as within corporation (colleagues, Systems Developers, Service Desk, Operators and other groups locally and globally within our client)

- Suggest and contribute in continuous service improvements

- Coordinate activities and projects

Necessary knowledge

• SharePoint farm administration
• Windows Server Experience from working with Azure IaaS&PaaS
• Infra as Code for Azure
• ARM Experience from Agile/SCRUM
• Networking concepts (DNS,Firewalls etc.)
• PowerShell
• Azure DevOps

Meritorious

• SQL Big-IP

About 12 months from start date.
