About us – Customer and Account team

ATG is offering you the newest technologies to work with, as well as an agile work environment with very skilled colleagues. You will be joining a team with lots of knowledge and experience to share. We aim for an environment where we always work as a team to develop ourselves alongside with the products.

The Customer and Account solution area is divided in to two teams. One of the teams mission is to continuously upgrade our account and payment solutions and make it even more secure and smooth for our customers. The other teams mission is to make ATG the compass of the gaming industry by developing tools and solutions for responsible gambling. We aim for a long lasting and healthy relationship between ATG and our customers.

Together we contribute to ATG´s overall goal - to create the world’s best gaming experience for our millions of customers and now we are looking for a trainee to join the journey!

About the daily work as a trainee
As a trainee you will learn a lot about ATG - our products and way of working. You will be taking the role as a Junior Backend developer and learn a lot and with time contribute to the daily work. You will start by learning our IT development area, the systems and the techniques that we are using.

You will learn about and contribute to tasks the team are working with like:  

• Build applications for the team’s solution area 
• Architecture based on microservices, messaging and DDD 
• Automation in the development process and CI/CD 

About you
To be best suited for the role as a trainee we believe that you are a fast learner that always strive to develop yourself together with your colleagues. You should like to work in a team and collaborate with different parts of ATG. The Customer and Accounts team have a lot of collaborations all over the organization and you will therefor have a lot of different contacts. You have an eye for details and take pride in writing clean code.

You are fluent in English, Swedish is a merit.

You also have 

• A relevant education for example within computer science, software engineering, system development etc 
• Experience of, or a big interest in, systems/tools such as: Java, microservices, spring, CI/CD 
• An interest to work in an agile environment
