This is The Driver Times Management team

In this fantastic team where we develop driver times related services, we have a product owner who knows this area inside out. A manager who coaches and encourages the team. A fantastic team of developers, business analyst, UX and quality assurance who together creates value for our customers. Together we make things happen. We are now looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to join the team!

The role

• Remove risks/impediments to ensure that the team meet or exceed objectives
• Communicate with stakeholders on different levels within and outside the team to pave the way for efficient work
• Facilitate and prepare daily stand up, PI planning, Sprint planning, demo and retrospective. For any actions that comes out of those meetings you make sure that they progress, and you don’t let go until they are closed
• Contribute to a high-performing team, by focusing on improving team dynamics, performance and ways of working as part of the scrum process
• Understand our customers’ needs, our business strategy, objectives and technology
• Interact with scrum masters in other teams to ensure sharing of best practice
• The scrum master activities are your first priority, but you will also support and drive problem management, incident monitoring, end user documentation and other activities

Your profile

You ensure that you understand how your work is adding value to our customers and are not limited to take on Scrum Master tasks but also willing to chip in were needed, may it be incident handling, testing or other activities. You are a quick learner who easily understand technical solutions and may grasp our organisation and different ways of working. In this team we are curious about everything at work and have a “can do” attitude solving our challenges together, making sure to complete each sprint as planned. We would like our new colleague to have this same curiosity, drive and being a team player.

Your personality is your major reason for success, and in addition to this you:
