About the role

You will join the Product Management team within IST Products, consisting of Product Managers, Product Owners and UX designers.

You will on a daily basis work together with Software and Business Intelligence Developers and Product Owners to align expectations and be our users voice in every decision. In this role, you get an actual opportunity of using your full toolbox of UX research methods on actual users. Find pain points in our products and decide on how to solve them! You get to test and validate your great ideas by turning them into prototypes with our users.

In this role, you, together with your UX colleagues, get the chance of pushing UX in the organization and improving our design system. You get to share and spread your knowledge across our teams by showing them the true value of user centered design.

This is a chance to make a difference, your opinions will be highly valued and listened to both on a product level but also on a strategical company level as a part of our Product Management team.

About you

You are not afraid to be the voice of the users and stand your ground based on what your research has shown. Workshops, interviews, observations, in-app feedback whatever you decide would give the best results.

You are a creative problem solver that can work together with developers, product owners and stakeholders to find the best solution both from a user point of view, but also from a technical and a business point of view.

You love keeping up with the latest UX and UI trends and have no problem combining them with time tested best practices.

You have:

- Practical experience with different ideation and research methodologies
- Expertise in sketching, wireframing and prototyping across various tools, including whiteboards, paper napkins, Sketch or Figma.
- A “do it mentality”, any user involvement is better than none.
- A sincere interest in talking with customers
- A highly developed eye for design and aesthetics
