Software Developer - Infrastructure, Orchestration & Deployment(510184)

Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Software Developer to maintain products such as Nodes and Platforms within BSS – Business Support Systems. Your role will include development and support activities for example system design, architecture design, software design, integration, verification, tools design. You will also support with Product Lifecycle Management, product documentation, trouble shooting and Customer Support.

Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work. The Education is preferable Software Engineering with a minimum experience of 5 years.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibility will be to continue developing and test high quality products. To perform trouble shooting is often a key activity as well as perform customer support. We are currently working with high customer demands in multimillion networks. Our focus is our customers. You will be in an interesting area where every day is a mix of handling customer demands, developing or maintain the products. High focus is on driving continuous improvements of products and processes. We are developing products where domain competence is key, therefor we expect high focus and drive on developing your competence in technical domains.

• Virtualization and containerization
• Platform: Hypervisor, Redhat - RHEL, 3pps and APIs (Hardware knowledge is beneficial)
• Zookeeper, LDAP and Ansible
• Vmware, OpenStack, Kubernetes, Docker
• Linux knowledge
• Eclipse, Git and Gerrit
• Object-oriented programming (preferable Java, Python)
• Scripting languages (Bash)
• Product development knowledge
• Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
• Business understanding
• Working with people and networking
• Innovating, adapting and responding to change
• Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
• Planning and Organizing
